This blog is the chronicle my Feats of Kick-Assiness in the athletic arena.
In 2011 I did 2 Warrior Dashes, a Super-Sprint Triathlon, a 5K and 3 5 mile trail races. I also re-started my yoga practice after so many years I feel pretentious calling it a practice.
My goal until the end of the year is to get to the gym at work 15 more times so I can get m reimbursed $130!!
